This book is a collection of poems I have accumulated over a lifetime of living and written over the past three years. The poems are my tribute to wild animals, our diminishing wilderness areas, and own own wild heart. Staying connected to what I love even as forests disappear, animals become extinct and climate change reduces habitat is challenging and oddly in connecting with loss has opened up a sense of wonder. Both seem equally important during these challenging times.

My hope this book will help help you stay connected to your heart and be a manual for caring for all that is wild in your life.
